Accessibility

This site is built to be usable by everyone. If anything here gets in your way, tell me and I will fix it.

Our commitment

We are working to make mattmorea.com conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time audit — new pages and features are reviewed against the same standard.

What we have done

Semantic HTML structure with a logical heading order and landmark regions
Full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element
Text and background color combinations tested for contrast
Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images; decorative graphics hidden from screen readers
Form fields with associated labels, and status messages announced to assistive technology
Reduced-motion preferences respected
Responsive layout that supports zoom and reflow on any screen size

Tell us about a barrier

If you encounter a page, document, or feature you cannot use, email matt@mattmorea.com or call 858.539.9400. Describe the page and the problem and I will respond promptly, and will provide the information you need in another format in the meantime.

Third-party content

Some functionality on this site is provided by third parties, including forms and property search tools. We select vendors with accessibility in mind but do not control their code. If third-party content on this site creates a barrier for you, tell us and we will work with the vendor or find another way to get you the information.

Fair housing

Equal Housing Opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of disability or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.
